We know that the Rules and Reg's are a necessary part of life but just so you know you will always be treated with the utmost respect and love we know you deserve!
In the unlikely circumstance that you receive an item significantly different than what has been described on our site please make contact with us immediately and we will do everything in our power to make you happy...because when you're happy we are happy too!
The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for an exchange or credit;
- Items must be unworn, and not tarnished, damaged or altered.
- Packaging, tags and labels should be attached and in the same condition as received.
- The item should be returned within 10 days (from the day your receive to the day you send to Brave & Fearless)
- Sale items are final sale only and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
- Brave & Fearless reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
Payments
Well we like to keep things super simple around here so all payments are made safely and securely through our site. You can make payment via PayPal or if you want to use your credit card we accept Visa and MasterCard. We also have After-pay & zipPay available for your convenience. Once your payment is made you will receive a conformation email and tracking number for your item once posted...see simple!
